If you have never used your Student e-mail with Ticketmaster, you will need to reset your password before logging in the first time. 3. Select “Upgrade Seats” below your current tickets. Then select “Next”. 4. On the interactive seat map, select the section that you would like to sit in. Then, select your seat and tap “Add to Cart”. 5. In the top right, click on the shopping cart icon and your seats that you selected will show up. Tap on “Continue” at the bottom. 6. Review that your new seat location is correct, then scroll to the bottom and tap “Checkout”. 7. Scroll down to the bottom, agree to our “Terms and Conditions”, then tap “Place Order”
